A selection known to be more-cold hardy then other selections of avocado, the Zutano is similar in appearance to the popular Fuerte with its pear shape and medium size 8-16-ounce fruit. The thin green skin is easy to peel with a flavor that is less oily than the Fuerte. A pleasant mild flavor is what you can expect.
